This session focuses on aligning the mind, physical body, and soul. Allowing stagnant energy to flow freely again, also transformation of blocked energy back to health can restore and prevent dis ease.

The body can show where the attention is wanted, you may also set an intention for the session.

During the session we will talk a bit about what comes up for us, and balance energy on the bench.
